Filicori Zecchini: Artisan Italian Coffees Await

Filicori Zecchini's roots date back more than 100 years to early 20th-century Italy. Aldo Filicori and Luigi Zecchini teamed up to debut their first coffee shop (or botegga) in Bologna. The pair had already spent years learning how to find the world's best coffee and roast it carefully. It wasn't long before their painstaking approach earned them a glowing reputation around the region. Today, the grandchildren of Aldo and Luigi continue the family tradition at Filicori Zecchini, a cafe named for its main muses.

They continue to roast and pour top-shelf Italian coffees in both hot and iced forms, and they also sell bags of the gourmet beans for customers to take home. If you're stopping in just to grab a cup of brewed coffee, complement it with a fruit-filled croissant, a light lunch salad or sandwich, or a sweet like a chocolate chip cookie.
